Is La Casita on Niñita family-friendly?

Yes! We provide two queen sofa beds, and upon request, a travel crib, high chair, and children's dinnerware.

Does the property have heat if I don’t want to use the wood-burning stove?

Yes! We have mini-split heating and cooling in the main rooms and radiant floor heating in the bathroom.

What parking is available?

Off-street parking for one vehicle and street parking for two additional vehicles with a provided permit. We also have a Level-2 EV charger.

I’m Ashley - a Santa Fe local who loves sharing the places and experiences that make this city and state special to me. La Casita on Niñita has been an important part of my family’s story for the over 15 years. It was my first home - where I met and married my husband and where my son was born.

Yes! In addition to the king size bed, La Casita on Niñita has two (2) queen size sofa beds that we will prepare in advance of your arrival. And, with advanced notice, we can also provide a travel crib/Pack-n-Play, dishes appropriate for younger children, and a stand-alone high chair.

Free Parking

Your rental includes off-street parking for one (1) vehicle and street parking for two (2) additional vehicles.

All guests who park on Ninita Street must place a permit on your dashboard or risk getting towed by the City.

No parking is allowed in the shared driveway at any time.

EV Charger

La Casita on Niñita is equipped with a Level-2 EV charger, which charges most electric vehicles (including Tesla.)

Public Parking

Click here for directions to the Railyard Municipal Parking Garage. This is an underground garage located at 503 Camino de la Familia on the north end of the Railyard Plaza.
